I have practiced yoga fro many years, however it never became more useful or important to me than when I became a Mum. Yoga has helped me in so many ways since, to begin with getting back into exercise and learning how to move my new body (particularly after a traumatic birth) . However the more I fell into the depth of motherhood, yoga gave me much needed time out from my day to day and allowed me time to reconnect with myself again.
Yoga for mums , focusing on introducing yoga to the post natal body is currently on hold due to the current ongoing situation. However any information about future classes or online classes will be in the Book Online section of the website .
