Access to weekly Yoga videos, Breathwork and meditations. A community for mums ( or just busy people) feeling overwhelmed , burnt out and dis-regulated. We use tools through the medium of yoga (which will easily slot in to your busy life) to gain a little slice of peace within your week and a sense of equilibrium. You will be making a weekly dedication to yourself to take time out for you, to re connect with yourself . Taking the time to regulate yourself and learn some tools to help ypuo throughout your week. So ultimately you feel better within yourself and can in actual fact Gove a lot more to those around you. Lots of people need you right now- but so do you. Who looks after you? Lets do some real self care thats actually helpful- together . When signing up , you will receive an email with a link to a private Facebook group. This will be our community where all videos will be recorded , where we will connect.
Please note that if you wish to cancel your space , cancellation for your class must be made at the latest one week before class is due to begin. This will allow those on the waiting list plenty of time to be notified of gaining a space. Thanks for your understanding.
