A yoga class for all Pregnant women in each stage of their pregnancy. In this class we will take time to connect with yourself and become aware and concious of your ever changing bodies. Giving yourself some protected time to switch off, relax and take some important time out . We will move through yoga sequences to help you feel strong and healthy throughout your pregnancy . Give you tools through yoga movement to help ease common aches and pains our growing bodies can encounter. We will explore breathing techniques that can help clam you, ease stress and worry and even be used for birth preparation and Labour. It is so helpful to keep your body moving throughout pregnancy and yoga is a great way to incorporate exercise in a safe and empowering way. This magical time, can be exactly that and we take time to connect with your baby and marvel in the wonder of pregnancy. However for lots of us it can also be a very stressful , worrying , confusing and painful time , so we'll also hold space for that too and give you some techniques and tools to help you through. Connecting with other Women who are pregnant and going through the same thing at the same time can also be incredibly powerful. Don't worry I won't make you become friends hehe, but having a network and community around you who know exactly how you feel is very helpful and often empowering. Every week we will always take time to meditate , visualise and be purposefully still. For that alone its worth it right. it is advised that you wait until 13 weeks before joining a yoga class, particularly if you have never done yoga before.
Please note that if you wish to cancel your space , cancellation for your class must be made at the latest one week before class is due to begin. This will allow those on the waiting list plenty of time to be notified of gaining a space. Thanks for your understanding.
